Rothenberg - Rosenfield (Plaza on the Green Redevelopment)
Beauchamp Group has helped the development company of Rothenberg Rosenfield with many property redevelopments. The project featured here, "Plaza on the Green", was suffering greatly do to the inability to lease tenant space. This was due to competing, neighboring developments, grossly diminished exposure and no curb appeal. With the revitalization of Plaza on the Green, which included new joint-tenant monument signs, tenant sign bands, awnings and blade graphics, our client was able to fill 100% tenant space.
