Castle Valley Ranch
Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, in New Castle, Colorado, sits Castle Valley Ranch. This relatively new residential development has combined suburban living with a mountain-town perspective. In maintaining the consistency of the look and feel of this development, Beauchamp group combined contemporary graphic forms with real, natural objects in the signage design. Boulders were selected from a neighboring site that was being cleared. The "faux" texture on the signs was created through a layering of different paint colors, all hand-applied. To further tie into the design intent, a barbed wire graphic was routed out of the main monument's sign face and backlit.
